Starting from the main hotels of Quito, we will travel along the avenue of the Volcanoes to reach Cotopaxi one of the tallest active volcano in the world ( 5897 mts). On arrival visit the Mariscal Sucre museum and the Limpiopumgo Lake to observe the local flora & fauna of the paramo. After a short walk around the lake time to enjoy a lunch in a local hacienda. Return to Quito

AC005 (andesconexion especials ) HIKING PULULAHUA VOLCANO

The Pululahua crater is located north of the city of Quito, is a botanical reserve with a numerous of plants and birds, The trip to this reserve start with a walk at Moraspungo a natural overlook of the caldera. After a quick drive to the base of the crater hike and climb to on of the domes of the crater call Chivo. Lunch at  local restaurant.

The level of the climb is medium not equipment require for this activate.

Pick up early in the morning from your hotel, and go to Mindo Hosteria Septimo Paraiso, is located at just 1 1/2 hours from Quito, Septimo Paraiso Cloud Forest Reserve is a private protected area born in 2001, with the goal of saving and preserving the forest and diverse ecosystems that are immerse in it. It is managed by the Green Mindo Foundation, which is in charge of the conservation and the study of its 420 hectares of pre-mountain and mountain cloud forest. Tour length 8 hours.
